Can I charge my Samsung Galaxy or other Qi-enabled devices?
Yes, it supports Qi wireless charging for other devices, but magnetic alignment may not function unless a MagSafe-compatible case is used.
Does it charge through phone cases?
It charges through MagSafe-compatible cases up to 3mm thick. Remove metal or magnetic attachments for optimal charging.
Is the Apple Watch charger built-in or does it require my own cable?
This charger includes a built-in Apple Watch charging module; no additional cables are needed.
How long does it take to fully charge an iPhone?
Charging time is approximately 2 hours: 80% in 65 minutes, and the remaining 20% in 60 minutes, as output gradually lowers to protect battery health.
Is it safe to use when the charger gets warm?
Yes, slight warming during charging is normal. The device is designed with proper heat management.
Does the charger have overcharge protection?

Which of your products are QI2-certified?
We currently offer five QI2-certified models: W98, W93, W91, W90, and W79.
What are the differences between W98, W93, W91, W90, and W79?
All five are our newest models. W98 features TEC COOLING technology to solve heat issues during charging. W93, W90, and W79 are made of aluminum alloy. W91 is made of ABS plastic, which is slightly more affordable. All share the same chipset and PCB design.

High-quality chipsets support fast charging protocols (e.g. PD, QC, Samsung AFC), foreign object detection (FOD), and thermal protection. Branded chips (such as ST, TI) are more expensive than generic ones.

Single-coil: Lower cost but requires more precise alignment.

The higher the power (such as 5W, 10W, 15W, or Qi2-certified 15W+), the faster the charging speed. Higher power requires better heat dissipation and circuit protection, which increases the cost.

Aluminum housing: Better heat dissipation and premium feel, but more expensive.
Plastic housing: Lower cost but may reduce thermal performance and product texture.
